Mine Exhibit

Boex 3D Creative approached us to design the lighting, audio and electronics for their walk-through mining exhibit. Designed as part of a travelling exhibition, the systems needed to be robust and battery operated. Our solution was 8m of encapsulated LED arrays to provide the daylight visible glowing blue halo around the base, bespoke model mining lamps with warm white power LEDs for the infinity mirrors, and stereo sound effects of a working mine. Proximity sensors activate the audio and internal lighting as visitors approach, increasing battery life between recharges.
