Humble beginnings for Mattel TAPZ
April 2011. Mattel are launching their latest product, TAPZ Reflex this year. Developed and licensed by JKID Ltd, the first prototype was brought to life at Concept Shed.
Gin & Tonic Tide Machine
March 2011. Cornwall Design Season have asked us to create an installation in a shipping container about Watson Marlow peristaltic pumps – so we are going to build a tide control machine filled with gin & tonic.

AutoWed Wedding Machine
Jan 2011. One of our favourite little concepts is about to be brought to life, thanks to an order from www.marvin3m.com in Detroit. Carbon House for Lambeth Council
Jan 2011. Carbon Descent & Lambeth Council have asked us to design them an interactive model house to help people understand the cost of energy and their carbon footprint. We came up with a real time hands-on carbon calculator – a model house with working appliances and a hands-on live carbon calculator and energy monitor
