We worked with the NHS Innovations team for Cornwall & Scilly to solve a safety and infection prevention issue on hospital beds which have multiple cables and lines running to them. We researched a number of ideas, developed prototypes, until taking one through to batch production for successful ward trials. The client is now discussing licencing of the device with a cable accessory manufacturer. A patent is pending, on which we are cited as co-inventors.
